Top Scheme 2025 has been relaunched. Prime Minister Youth Laptop Scheme Online Registration Starts From 10th September. These laptops will be given to the students of Matric Intermediate FA, FSC, ICS, B.COM, BSC, MSC, etc.

Details of PM Laptop Scheme 2025
The Government of Pakistan has resumed the PM Laptop Scheme to empower youth with modern technology. Students meeting the eligibility criteria can apply online before the closing date through the official system.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be enrolled in an HEC-recognized public sector university
- Students of BS, MA/MSc, MS/MPhil, and PhD programs may apply
- Must have valid student status at the time of application
- Minimum academic performance as per PMYP policy
- Students who previously received a laptop under any government scheme cannot apply again

How to Apply for PM Laptop Scheme 2025?
Interested students can apply online by following these steps:
- Visit the official PM Youth Program portal
- Create or log in to your student account
- Fill out the online registration form
- Upload required academic details
- Submit the application and regularly check application status online

- They will give you a form; you need to fill this form out and submit it to your university DSA office.
- They will tell you that instead you are eligible or not.
