Resettlement Specialist – Roles, Responsibilities & Qualifications
1. Resettlement Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Implement Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) as per World Bank guidelines.
- Conduct field surveys, consultations, and stakeholder engagement.

Educational Qualifications & Essential Skills
- Master’s degree from HEC-recognized university.
- Strong analytical and field survey skills.
- Knowledge of World Bank ESF, OP 4.12, RAP documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, reporting tools, and data documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Urdu, and Pashto preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
