About the Role:

The MTO – BTL Marketing position is designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on exposure in below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities, including events, activations, and on-ground promotional campaigns. The role provides an excellent learning platform for those aiming to build a career in marketing, brand management, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• You assist with the development and implementation of BTL marketing campaigns through your work on roadshows and stalls and activations and events.

   

• You help improve product visibility through your work on branding activities and promotional campaigns which support product advertising efforts.

   

• The team will work with vendors and internal teams to ensure their marketing activities run without any issues.

   

• The team handles all aspects of marketing materials which include banners and flyers and POSM and giveaways.

   

• The team collects market feedback while they generate basic activity reports to help with sales activities.

   

• The sales team works with the marketingteam to make sure field marketing activities get implemented successfully.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of marketing experience

   

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

   

• The person must possess strong communication abilities together with effective coordination skills

   

• The candidate must display both energy and proactive behavior with a willingness to work outdoors

   

• The candidate must display a willingness to travel for conducting on-site marketing efforts.
