Job Responsibilities:

• Complete shipment documentation after system closure and share it with the Post Shipment Team.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and update the Loading Plan.
• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding packing plans, bookings, manifests, dispatches and system closures.
• Prepare FI, customs and destination documents.
• Convert manifests into pack manifests and share ASNs with 3PLs.
• Create, validate and upload invoices and related documents to the SDM portal.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

• An MBA, B.COM or a related degree.
• 3-4 years of work experience in a related field, preferably with reputable organizations.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong communication skills.
