Key Responsibilities – Area Manager

• The purpose of the monitoring process is to confirm that retailers maintain their highest operational standards throughout every quarter of the year.

   

• The team needs to develop a strategic plan which will help them reach their sales and retail objectives within the designated area.

   

• The company needs to train its retail employees so they can deliver exceptional service to customers.

   

• The company needs to create sales projections which will help them reach their required volume objectives.

   

• The team needs to track market developments and competitor pricing and activities to discover potential business growth pathways.

   

• The company wants to establish connections with dealers and authorities who can assist them in finding new retail store locations.

Requirements & Skills – Euro Oil Area Manager

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.

• 6 years of experience, primarily in retail sales; experience with an Oil Marketing Company (OMC) is preferred.

• Age: Not more than 35 years.

• Excellent communication, management, and negotiation skills.

• Highly organized and proactive with a strong ability to drive results.
