1. Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

   • Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

   • 4–8 years UAE experience

   • Experience in modular construction / prefabrication preferred

2. Site Installation Engineer

   • Bachelor’s in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

   • 8–12 years UAE experience

   • Experience in MEP or modular installation projects advantageous

3. Document Controller

   • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

   • 5–10 years UAE experience
