1. Sipahi (General Duty)

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct female-passenger checking/searching at security points.

• Assist female travelers during Coast Guard operations.

• Maintain records of checking duties.

• Participate in basic patrolling, crowd control, and public dealing.

• Support female-related security duties and emergencies.

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum: Middle / Matric Pass

• Higher qualification preferred but not required.

Essential Skills

• Good communication skills

• Ability to handle female-public interactions respectfully

• Awareness of security protocols

• Physical fitness for standing and duty hours

• Discipline and attention to detail

Experience Required

• 0–1 Years

Salary & Benefits – Pakistan Coast Guard (Estimated)

Monthly Salary:

• Sipahi (GD): PKR 32,000 – 45,000

• Sipahi (Lady Searcher): PKR 30,000 – 40,000
