About the Role:

As a Techno Functional Lead, you will handle all aspects of implementing Oracle EBS R12 ODM for Nishat Chunian’s textile manufacturing operations. The role requires two main tasks which include module configuration and manufacturing workflow optimization to achieve operational efficiency and international standard compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

The project requires you to implement Oracle EBS R12 ODM for discrete manufacturing operations which will support textile production in the textile industry. The implementation process requires you to set up BOM and WIP and Inventory and Costing modules which will operate according to home textile production needs and routing systems and shop floor controls and garment assembly processes. The team will deliver post-launch support while they fix WIP and costing problems which will help improve manufacturing operations. The team needs to conduct user training sessions which will help all relevant teams to adopt the system effectively. The team creates functional specifications (MD.50) and technical designs (MD.70) and test scripts (TE.040) which must follow Oracle AIM/OUM standards. The team works with different departments to improve both manufacturing efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• The required qualification for this position includes either ACCA certification or a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce Finance Supply Chain Management or a related field.

   

• The candidate needs to demonstrate more than five years of practical experience with Oracle EBS R12 Discrete Manufacturing system.

   

• The candidate must have practical experience with two to three complete lifecycle implementations of discrete manufacturing projects with a preference for projects in the textile or apparel sector.

   

• The candidate possesses comprehensive understanding of operational procedures related to manufacturing processes and their respective expense calculations and inventory management and production scheduling activities.

   

• The candidate possesses the capability to manage projects while delivering operational knowledge and conducting training sessions for end users.
