Key Responsibilities – Head of Sales & Retail Operations

The person in this role will lead all sales and retail operations management across every company location. The team will create and execute revenue growth plans which will enhance their sales results. The team will monitor retail activities and store performance to assess customer satisfaction and maintain operational standards. The manager will handle all aspects of team management while providing staff training and overseeing store operations at retail locations. The company needs to discover new market possibilities which will help MTJ Naturals expand its retail network.
